In 1987 he became a Reinsurance Broker for Agencia Interoceánica, company that would later transform into Heath de México where he worked for 10 years reaching the position of Director of Production. In 1997 he moved to Miami to form Heath Miami and in 2004 he bought the stock of such company from Heath Lambert to then partner with Colemont Global Group in the formation of Colemont Miami LLC. His specialties are urban infrastructure, mortgage portfolios, utilities and all type of Catastrophe Programs.

He started his career in the Reinsurance Industry in 1998. He spent 4 years working form Agencia Interoceánica, Asesores e Intermediarios / Heath Group / Heath Lambert México. He also spent more than 3 years working for Heath Lambert Miami. Xavier has worked for Colemont from its beginnings in 2005, as Facultative Manager placing Property, Casualty, Aviation and Marine Risks for Latin America and the Spanish speaking Caribbean. He is also the person in charge of the administration of the Cargo and Liability facilities.

In 2004 she started working at Colemont Miami as technical broker developing the administrative and claims areas where she continues working at present.
